Faculty
- A record of previous delivery in the subject area
- Existing numbers in the related curriculum areas
- Providing IAG through the use of practitioners/employers
- Using LSC operational protocols
- "Student voice" reviews
- Awareness of LMI in the area
- A Steering Group with HE and Employers
- Work with HE and Employers to plan progression
- Strategies to ensure inclusiveness. (gender/disability/socio-economic).
- Plans for CPD to meet the demands of the teaching style required by the diploma.
Facilities
- An appropriate standard to simulate the work environment
- Opportunities to learn in the workplace
- Integration of WBL and school based learning
